Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake
Ingredients:
· 2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese · 1/2 cup sugar · 1/2 teaspoon vanilla · 2 eggs · 1/2 cup canned pumpkin · 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon · 1 dash each ground cloves and nutmeg · 1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
Mix
cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on med. speed until well blended. Add eggs;
mix until blended. Place one cup of this mix into different med. bowl. Stir
Pumpkin and spices into the one set aside cup.
Pour
remaining plain batter into crust, top with pumpkin batter. Bake @ 350 for
35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and then refrigerate for 3 or
more hours.
