Lemon Bars

1 ½ Cups Flour
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
½ tsp Salt
¾ Cup Butter

Blend these together like you would a pie crust. Press evenly in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 325.

3 Eggs
1 ½ Cups granulated sugar
3 tbsp. Flour
1/3 Cup lemon juice
1 tsp. Lemon extract

Mix these ingredients and pour over hot crust. Increase heat to 350, and bake another 20 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Cut into small squares when cool.
